I love the way Marco makes this, no precise recipe he just mentions the ingredients with visuals and goes with it. No measurements or weights, just go with it.

Gotta admit that using a stock cube paste to season small pieces of meat like this works very well.

Everyone has comments about the cubes. He's cooking for regular folk and families. I have 3 kids and work a night shift. You think im making a homemade stock? Lol.

Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. We cooked our lamb chops with an outdoor barbecue grill over charcoal. It tasted really great which made us very happy.

Went for a walk in the woods last weekend and noticed a light in the distance so I approached slowly. As I got closer I noticed that it was a Knorr chicken stock cube, and I knew everything was going to be alright.
