I've just incorporated these into my pull day. One quick tip I also use to take emphasis off my biceps, is to think about pulling the bar down with your elbows, and not your hands. Great video. Sub'd.

This is a great video. When I do any sort of lat pulldown I noticed my forearms and grip go to failure before my back does.
