In 2018, I was hospitalized with a life threatening condition when I over weight, had multiple skin and health problems. I still remember, it was Christmas day I was living alone Vietnam - I was super anxious about the being able to cross over to another year and called my friend Vishnu to find some emotional relief.
In 2017, I had a revelation that if I don't find take care of my body and health then the youngest and the best days of my life will be gone forever. But I dint act on it. And in 2019, I was on my death bed, when through one phone call Vishnu changed my perception towards my body forever. He taught me through fasting, a healthy diet and mental mastery I could get fullpower over my body. In 3 days i was out of the hospital, in 21 days i had lost all the extra weight, inflammation and healed skin problems like abscess, acne and contagious molluscum. Then, I was starting to procrastinate again when I remembered my my body is my biggest wealth- so I started researching and applying everything I could to upgrade my health and life. My life changed forever, for the last 2 years, I live in the mountains creating a food forest, doing what I am passionate about - teaching people how to lose weight and get a healthy body.

At this time I was unhealthy, over weight and had multiple skin problems. One phone call from my friend changed my life as I realized that I had the full power over my body with some mental mastery, changing my food, and fasting. I realized that my body is my biggest wealth and I wouldn't do something about it then the best and the youngest years of my life would be gone forever and I will only be left with regret. So she applied Intermittent fasting, 80/10/10 diet and self hypnosis with affirmations and self awareness and flipped my life and body. I also started teaching it to her students. I am now a full power body and mind coach and helps people lose weight and gain fitness.
