Not only do I love your training wisdom, but you also seem like a lovely man! As someone who started training 15 years ago during that time there have been very few people who know their stuff, are open minded, or should I say non dogmatic, and also know how to communicate everything so well. Whenever I get overwhelmed with science based this or old school that I always come to your channel for a level headed take on things.

Regarding fiber, I took one of your earlier suggestions and started drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of the orange Metamucil with creatine and a tablespoon of stevia. Great idea.

I find complexes a great way to do cardio. I’m currently on a complex program where I perform 3-5 double kb exercices 5 reps each back to back. It really makes your heart beating. Also easy jogging and/ or walking whenever I have the time. That’s good enough for me. God bless you Dan.

200ft (driveway) farmers walk with double 24kg bells - rest 1m - 10 goblet squat (full depth) to overhead thruster with single 24kg bell - rest 1m - repeat 8-10 rounds. This works out to a 35-40min workout and I
PROMISE you’ll stay in your vigorous heart rate zone and frequently hit your peak. I’m 55. You can do it! Repeat again next week.

Dan, what are your thoughts on LSS kettlebell training?

Nothing to do with training, but my eyes are drawn to the Sword in the Stone book. What else do you enjoy reading that's not about exercise?

Do you rest in between rounds as you descend on the Humane Burpee program you outlined? If so, how long?

I am an advanced kettlebell lifter. I never swing anymore. Weckmethod coiled cleans are the schnit. Also super light kbell (8kg) juggling practice smokes me. I’m kind of a big deal.

Dan, you mentioned on the Tuesday podcast with
Pat, that you got a pedometer, where did you get it at, if you don’t mind me asking ?

Dan, great news. Whoop now keeps track of the wearer's VO₂ max.
