We love you and love your heart! It is such a joy to watch you and get to benefit from your diligent research!
We made the bread and made a few revisions that we think makes it a little bit more to our preferences.
1) can substitute egg white equal to whole 1 egg for less eggy flavor
2) 1/8 tsp salt adds balance
3) 1 1/2 tsp Allulose to give that tiny sweetness that yeasted wheat bread has (haven’t tried just adding yeast for flavor instead)
4) 15 gm mozzarella for that little bit of “chew” to the texture.

Processed all the dry ingredients in the mini processor then added to the beaten egg with water.

Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this recipe! I don’t eat bread often and buying a loaf of keto. Bread ends up with at least half of it going in the trash or going stale, so I’m really thankful to be able to make just two slices, enough for one sandwich, on the rare occasions that I eat bread. Thank you, thank you thank you!

I just made it. It is wonderful! I made a slight mistake. I cut it into two slices and ate just one slice. It was delicious!!! It made me crave a grilled cheese sandwich, but I only have one slice. So off I go to make another slice or two.

Your recipes are the best. Keep up the great work.

I just made it for the first time. For me, the consistency of the badder was a little less runny, maybe you used a bigger egg, or it's because I used the improved version of the flour with arrowroot powder. So it was almost like actual bread dough. I put it in a normal, oiled bowl, and did 3 minutes in the microwave and it turned out absolutely PERFECT. It feels and tastes 99% like toast bread, genuinely incredible! Thank you for working on this, singlehandedly bringing the keto diet to a whole new level!

For my 2nd batch, I quickly fried up half an onion and a small garlic clove in a pan, grated about 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese and mixed it through the badder. WOW!
I'm certain that I will do this recipe hundreds of times from now on!

Phenomenal. I have grown weary of matress foam 'bread' onliners pretend to love. And even more weary of recipes with dozen eggs and a half dozen exotic ingredients. This is simple, fast and it hits the spot! Congrats!

I doubled this recipe and used a cupcake pan. Filled 7 about halfway up. Put it in the oven @ 350 for 20 minutes. Perfect! Thank you so much for sharing

My wife is making mine in round ramican bowls. It rises enough to get 3 slices from each one. I'm saving the top slices to be used for hamburgers 🍔 and the two lower slices for breakfast toast! Yummy!!! 😋

I just made two batches. The first one I made it just like the recipe and the second I added a teaspoon of nutritional yeast. I like the original recipe best. It was a little drier with the nutritional yeast. The original recipe is not eggy at all. Its very good and toasts very well. Its also very filling and great with butter, cinnamon and sugar on it. Oh, that looks incredible, I’m so happy to see this, as I’m really tired of the 90 second bread.
Just a FYI for your health. Pam has not so good ingredients. Most keto folks use olive oil spray, to stay away from seed oils. You have taken my bread recipes to new levels!! Thank you❤

Hi Victoria I’ve been making this recipe and I love it! I decided to play with it and instead of a square bowl I used a silicone bagel mold and was excited it turned out looking and tasting like a bagel. Next I’m going to try adding some cinnamon to batter to see if I get that cinnamon bagel flavor I miss. Thank you ❤

I just tried it! It is the best Keto bread that I've tried!! It's husband approved also (believe me, he's finicky!!). It's a keeper. Thank you for all that you do! Also, I've been meaning to tell you that I used your sweetened condensed milk recipe as coffee sweetener by adding vanilla and cinnamon. Yummy!

I’ve made this bread a few times and it’s my favorite. Made just like the recipe and baked it. So delicious. I used ur new Bamboo flour mixture. It does taste just like real wheat bread to me. Thank u again for this recipe, I love it very much

I initially made up the flour per Victorias directions. Exception being the brands that I used. I used what I had in stock, not what was suggested. The result of that “first”2 minute bread, honestly I just didn’t like the texture or the flavor. But…… my order arrived and I apprehensively made up a new batch of flour and tried the bread again🤞
OMGosh it is REALLY good! I’m so glad I tried again.
