I’m cooking a leg of lamb tonight from a terrific butcher we have here in Ballarat.
I’m wondering how to cook the roast potatoes and lamb at the same time when the lamb needs 200C and the roast potatoes need 220C. Can you tell me how to do this (unfortunately I don’t have 2 ovens)😂
