I love these stretches, I try to do this 1-2 times a week, either first thing in the morning if my hips and lower back are stiff, or after a walk or hike, feels amazing! Thank you Cindy, I have so enjoyed doing your videos over the past several years, blessings to you!

Good ones. At almost 62 I've done the "youngiin" stretch bending overtrying to touch the ground with legs straight and I created back spasms and could barely stand up. Ain't 35 anymore 😂

This is one I haven't tried before and is definitely beneficial, I must do it often. I really need one to help strengthen my calves with having to rest to aid my rib recovery it's not helped my exercise routine at all :-(

I do not know who all these people are who say these exercises are easy. I am in agony ever time I move and that facing chair exercise is impossible for me after an accident last week
