Let's make Koicha or "thick" Matcha.

Ingredients:
Ceremonial Grade Matcha
50ml hot water

Procedure:
1.) Place 4 scoops of the ceremonial grade matcha with the chashaku(wooden spoon) into the chawan(tea bowl)
2. Pour 50ml of hot water into the chawan(tea bowl)and whisk until the matcha is dissolved.
