hey girls, i’m back! i started this experiment in nov 2022.
i’ve been walking, changing my eating habits - basically slowly building a routine. but i didn’t start filming it until may 2023, when i felt like i was truly being consistent.

though i’ve yo-yo dieted my entire life, and i’m always doing crash diets - i felt like this time, it was different because i never gained it back. not even a year later. my main motivation at this time, was my upcoming birthday trip, which is where our story starts.

i do agree you ARE gorgeous!!! you are just like me, i was 5'0, 83kg. the way i did it (no gym hack) was counting my calories and walking a LOT. aim for 10k like everyone says and if you like go for more.

i weigh 51kg now, it was hard and i still have body issues and dont like the way i look but that comes with time.

hopefully you do it better than me, and actually go to the gym unlike me. i still need to go. i also developed a horrible relationship with food and to this day i struggle with calories and eating and feeling guilty

dont be so hard on yourself, it took me over a year to lose 32kg without the gym and on my own. its hard but worth it. just people dont restrict, please eat enough calories, and PLEASE go i cant because im rural and cant drive
