Ive been basically using plus minus to get better but I tend to end up with negative 65 and just have to leave the gym its a long road ahead

Hey coach, when is the best time to pump fake your shot in games. I practice it, but it doesn't work in games as defenders don't jump.

I play a free throw game where a swish is 1 point, a make is 0 points, and a miss is minus 2 points. You play till you reach 10 points, or negative 10 points. Obviously you win if you reach 10, and lose if you reach -10
