This looks good, will try this. Have been doing your knee stretch and massage routine for a while now after experiencing knee pain and stiffness. After only one or two goes I was able to get up off the floor without too much effort and the pain has virtually gone. My family doctor wishes more people would be more pro-active and do routines like this. Quite frankly I wasn't keen on going down the painkiller route.

I have been doing your chair cardio video for quite awhile and now venturing belatedly into the many other alternatives. I just love this one and am going to be starting my day with it. It feels good and shows me how much I need it as I just can’t keep my hand on the floor, and also have to get my leg swinging properly. All the sitting has totally caught up with me! Thanks, Caroline!

Like your chair aerobics and strength trainings, this is great! I suffer from nearly constant neck and upper back pain, after years of poor posture. So it's a big jump for me, but I just did this and my pain is better. Note for the future: I'm 67 yo and have injured both knees more than once. So I cannot do anything where I'm kneeling. For the first part of this video when you're sitting on the floor, I use a chair. Then I do all the floor exercises except the one where you kneel on one leg. Again, I woke up with upper back pain (which is common for me) and it's better with this. Thank you for all your help in so many of your videos!!!

Thank you so much for posting this stretch today! I just did it and it felt great, especially the t-spine rotation. I’ve been reading more than usual and experiencing pain in my right shoulder blade/levator scaps area. I just subscribed recently and so appreciate all your stretching videos. I’ve been doing them as a warm-up for my workouts and on rest days. Thanks again!
