Where do I even start?!? By sheer coincidence, While preparing for a phone interview, I stumbled upon WORK IT DAILY. Not only did I find what I needed to prepare for the interview, I watched, and re-watched, and re-re-watched several dozen interview prep videos you ladies have produced. I can honestly state, without reservation of any kind whatsoever, WORK IT DAILY made a HUGE favorable difference in my interview performance. It went so well that I was invited to interview with mid level managers; and finally a corporate Vice President. All of this led to a handsome six figure job offer; which I have accepted. I cant thank WORK IT DAILY enough. I spread the word to a few of my friends and they signing up. I share with everyone the importance of all the little things you ladies teach. WORK IT DAILY has me deepest appreciation and respect.

Amazing tip - I just reached out to an employee at a company for which I want to work, and they are going to talk to the company's recruiters tomorrow for me!

Your video was recommended by YouTube and this is GOLD. I'm currently helping a friend who wants to relocate back to NY state where he is from. He is a Spanish teacher and just got certified to teach French. Is there a website that specialize in teaching job? I'm looking now but if you have a recommendation, I would love to know since it will save him time.
Thanks!

Great advice, common sense and just plain good ol fashion common courtesy.

Quick question, people between inside the company wouldnt be saying you're spamming them?

How do you even know that that person is the recruiter? At the company I’m interested in I’ve noticed that there are several individuals that work in the HR department and I’m wondering if it’s OK to simply reach out to the person I’m connected with right now and say “thanks for connecting with me, I’m just looking for the name of the person in charge of hiring to address my cover letter to. Can you help me with this?” The woman may be the person but I have no way of knowing.

Hi JT, could you tell us how recruiters search for candidates? I know that some people they are amazing at what they are doing but did not get any recruiters to approach them and some others were the opposite. I am guessing it's all about how you present yourself on LinkedIn, for example key words etc.. How can we appear more on LinkedIn and how can we tell which recruiters are the right one to talk to? Thanks!

Would you happen to have any additional tips on how to be articulate? I would like to know how to enhance my communication skills. You seem like someone with that skill, actually.

This interesting because if by recruiter you mean someone in a company's HR department, I was trained to take special steps to run around an entire HR department to find a hiring manager in the area you want to work in.

Hi! I have a friend who gave me names of recruiters that work for different companies in her field that have contacted her before. When I contact these recruiters, should I mention my friend's name even if she doesnt work in the same company as the recruiter? Or is that rude?

Recruiters need to stay within their industry and learn it. Sometimes they come across as very dumb

Recruiters have my resume but contact me to ask me about my career experience. Theyre a waste of time.
