- State the role that you have applied for and mention that you have already applied.
- Include a paragraph that highlights your alignment with the role, specifically mentioning the must-haves or qualifications for the role and how your experience meets or exceeds those things.
- Be specific and intentional with your actions.
- Upload your resume to LinkedIn so that recruiters can see it and it is easier for you to apply to jobs via LinkedIn.

Great video Ben! I do have one question. What would you recommend when you are unable to see who posted the job? For example I recently applied for a role on LinkedIn that I would love to have, and I really want to express that, but there is no job poster listed. My idea was to search the company, find people with Talent Acquisition in their title and reach out. Do you think that would help, or harm my chances? Thanks!
