It's simple, when things happen in your life that are considered bad and they start to replay in your head on a endless why me? What could I have done? .... Say out loud " I accept that" fill in the blank..."happened, thank you, thank you, thank you" ... Repeat each time those thoughts come back.... continue till those thoughts aren't there anymore

If someone is already hyper sensitized due to pain or anxiety, why would you advise to increase this . And looking for the benefits surely this keeps a situation wired to continue. ?
