Meditation is generally considered to be safe for people in good health. Research suggests that practicing meditation may lower blood pressure, reduce symptoms of IBS, anxiety, depression and insomnia. Research suggests that meditation may physically change the brain and body and could potentially help to improve certain health problems and increase healthy behaviours. It has also been shown that meditation may slow, delay, or even reverse changes that take place in the brain due to the effects of ageing. Don’t use meditation to replace conventional care or as a reason to postpone seeing a medical provider about a health problem. Do not meditate while driving or operating heavy machinery. In the unlikely event that you experience any unusual physical or mental discomfort, discontinue use immediately. There have been rare reports that meditation could cause or worsen symptoms in people with certain psychiatric problems such as anxiety and depression. People with existing mental health conditions should speak with their health care providers before starting meditation.

And I wish you peace, love and happiness 💙💙💙

Leaving your children by the street ? Children are stolen in seconds. You might try getting everything done before you leave them alone anywhere.
