These did more for my biceps than any other curl, by far. BUT, watch the weight and the tennis elbow. It puts some strain on the outside elbow ligaments. Make sure to mix it up if you start to feel it.

Yeah I have to say this is overall the best bicep exercise.. you can still go somewhat heavy while getting 8-12 reps and you get a huge stretch and the bottom and you can get a ridiculous squeeze. If I had to choose bicep exercise to do for the rest of my life this would be it

I started putting these in my routine instead of regular dumbbell curls and I’m never going back. The stretch is insane

(Home gym btw, I know there’s ways to get an even bigger stretch on cables)

Highest chance for injury. Use lighter weights doing this.

NOT !!! Only with slight incline.
The incline featured is far to deep.
Once you drop incline this distance, the stress comes off the biceps and goes deep anterior delts. Can surface later as a shoulder injury.

Try keeping your elbows back and not letting them move forward when you curl

You gotta check your ego on this one. It's not a comfortable curl. You can't match weights with normal curls with this one.
