I’m such a morning person and I like to start my mornings slowly and peacefully. I start my days with meditating, reading by the fire place, and sometimes yoga! It’s soooo nice and I noticed my anxiety throughout the day is a lot less intense because I start the day calmly! And I never ever skip a day without parting the curtains to let light in first thing when I get out of bed! I love natural lighting. I am bad about making my bed lol but I try!

Create a "launch pad" the night before- where you put the little things you need to grab before you head out the door, i.e. sunglasses, keys, purse, etc. It saves you from having those stressful "I need to be leaving right now and can't find my phone!" moments. The term launch pad is from the Fly Lady.
Thank you for this video. I love to stop into my mornings calmly. It makes a huge difference for my daily mindset!

I absolutely love starting my morning by getting up early, drinking my coffee in my chair while gazing outside. I read a bible verse or two, meditate and pray. I also do about 15-20 minutes of yoga and stretching. I dry brush prior to my shower which totally invigorates me. Getting lunches ready the night before is a must so I’m not running around like a crazy woman. 😆.

Great video! Really enjoyed it. I recently have implemented the 555 method which is AWESOME and a true game changer. I highly recommend it. 5 mins of yoga & 5 mins of meditation & 5 mins to journal/set your intentions for the day/write down 1 thing you are grateful. My entire life has changed and it all started with 15 mins. Much love to all ❤

I like slow mornings too. I get up 15 minutes earlier to prepare and sit while drinking my coffee.

I usually listen to some music, maybe Jazz or classic in the morning before and during making my breakfast. It really creates a soothing atmosphere and turns my whole day into gorgeous experience.

Hi Meghan! I love all your videos! Do you have any tips on how to stick to a morning routine or remember to do it? My day is 50x better if I’m mindful with it but I literally forget to do that!! 😅😂🤦🏻‍♀️

I love journaling first thing in the morning. I leave my phone in my room, light a candle, then snuggle up on the couch with my dogs while I write in my journal. After this I make my coffee and read for 10-15 minutes (or more depending on my timing). The journaling and reading has been so helpful for me!

I’ve been searching for a video like this! The last couple of weeks I’ve realised that my morninghabits were unhealthy. Turning on phone as soon as I got up, stressing with a “Go-go-go”-mindset from the minute I got out of bed. So thank you for making this. 💖 I really needed some motivation and reminders on how to have a more mindful start of the day.

5 open your window/Balkon
6 make your bed
7 make a tea/coffe at home
8 sit down and enjoy your breakfast

The best thing what i can to do in the morning is just listen to my heart, thoughts and emotions, think about that how good this day will be and every will happen the way it needs to be 🤗😍
