I'm so glad you are here spending this time with me to really target your back, shoulder, and tricep muscles while adding cardio into the circuits! Work hard with me in our strength exercises and really crush it on our cardio exercises so we can really burn out on each movement! I am using 10, 15, 20, and 30 pound dumbbells today but use weights that you feel comfortable with and are challenged by at your fitness level! Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Checked in for August Greatest Hits and boy am I glad Sydney started adding in a longer break in her workouts. Learned I can accomplish more/ heavier weights with just a few 15-30 second breaks!

I was telling my husband this morning that I feel like I am in hell week because I am so sore. He says well take today off and I looked at him and said have you lost your mind?!?!?!?! I am in it to win it. August greatest hits is amazing and pushing me so hard. love it!!!

I use to struggle with 5 pound weights for lateral raises. I finally made it up to 8 pound single lateral raises. Today I did both arms 8 pounds! I achieved a goal!!

That workout went by so fast! I loved the short rotations mixed with cardio. It my heart rate up and by body sweating. Thanks for always bringing it to help me improve!!

Once I finally got that side step cardio move down, I felt exactly like an Irish dancer. I even put my arms straight down at my side to mimic the look. That was so challenging! Major props to any Irish dancers out there.
