What if you can't eat dairy or you're trying to keep carbs under 20 grams per day? Besides, I understand that phosphorus blocks the absorption of calcium and dairy is high in phosphorus?

apparently you cannot absorb the calcium in dairy products because there is too much phosphorus preventing the absorption

im 15, and my doctor told me that i need to have at least 1500mg of calcium a day, but i hate dairy products. I currently get about 350mg of calcium a day.... which foods are the best if im an extremely picky eater??
