If you're aiming to do one leg bridges (or hip thrusts) because you want more single leg hip and knee stability (and better glutes), then make sure you are getting the correct movement patterns right on the glute bridge to start with, then nail the transition from 2 let to one leg so you don't miss the right hip and pelvic stability components.

Great video! I just realized I was doing everything wrong 😂 thank you for the detailed information. BTW The glute med isolated video you published recently it is been a game changer for me! I have been doing the exercises for a month and I am walking 2 miles now and no knee pain the next day. Apparently my knee pain was due to weak glutes med and/or lack of recruitment. Big fan of your videos!

thx for this, been having weak butt/Patellofemoral and yup got lumbar disk herniations repeatly, its all connected with the flat feet/weak butt, weak SI joint quagmire, your technic has help me do them without irriting my back or my knees :D you're better than the 150$ an hour clowns i've been seeing for years

5 hip surgeries, recent one caused nerve damage on left side, can’t stabilize pelvis because the kinetic chain is so jacked up. What would you recommend for developing stability and keeping organized without a hip drop?

Any recommendations for those of us that can’t seem to get the single leg in the air without the hip drop? Is there any progression to help me get there. The two bridge is easy

Thank you for the video. I'm wondering when you move to the single leg bridge one of my legs can do it fine while maintaining pelvic stability and the other leg no matter how hard i concentrate the opposing ASIS will dip.

How do I fix this? Do I just lift my butt off The ground a few inches and stabilize at that height and try to increase the height over time on my weak side or what do you recommend for maintaining that pelvic stability while doing one-legged bridges?

So i did the bridge but i have anterior pelvic tilt and i think i hyperextnded during holding and didnt activate my core enough. I have had tight back that causes me pain and spasms that have gotten better. Did doing this give me an injury or is it just angry muscles from using my back more than my other muscles?
