It looks oily but that's the caramelized banana! This recipe is the best ever and my family devoured all 4 loaves I made!!! Crazy. I like to add chocolate chips but some people don't like that lol. I think the almond flour and the number of bananas really made a difference. Make sure you use super ripe bananas!

I made it today with 2 bananas and only plain flour as I didn’t have almond flour. It was fabulous, soft and so easy to make!!

Combine:
3 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup White sugar
1/3 cup Brown sugar
2 small eggs
Give it a mix.

Add:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Mix until combined.

Put in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Check with toothpick to make sure center is done. When toothpick comes out clean then it is done.

I tried this and it tastes great! I tried using just all purpose flour so I made it 1 cup and it still great! I tried just white sugar coz I ran out of brown sugar, the color is pale but the taste is still great! You may lessen the sugar as well depending on how sweet your bananas are, I've tried it too and it still really good! Thank you very much for sharing this simple, quick but really good recipe! My friends and family loved it!

Tried this today and it turned out soo soo good! 😍😍 So quick and easy. Instead of almond flour I used mixed dry fruit powder and it worked equally well. My mom dad & inlaws loved it. 🎉

Wow I made this last night at 3 am lol and it was absolutely the best ive ever made !!!! I used 4 bananas because they were small and i ised all regular flour wow this is absolutely amazing 😍🤩❤️!!! My new recipe for sure !! I didnt have a loaf bread pan so i used a oval pan and it was thick and moist!!!! The absolute best ever that I've had!!! I am sharing this video with everyone i know !!! This recipe is SO GOOD. I added 1 tsp instead of 1 tbsp of baking soda. I also added cream cheese on top. Let me tell you, HEAVEN. I like my banana bread moist so this will be my go-to recipe from now on. Thank you for this! 🍌🍞

I made it with one large egg and 1 c flour. Added walnuts. It was wonderful.

By far, one of the best recipes out there. I alter it a lot, but it's a good base. I add a bit more almond flower, and I add half coconut oil for butter. I also add a little cinnamon and half of an avocado mashed. I also use frozen bananas and cook it a little longer.
