Very Moist Banana Loaf

How to make a super moist Banana Loaf Cake. You can always double or triple this recipe according to your liking :)
Here's what you'll need:
2 to 3 large overripe bananas
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
1 large egg
3/4 cup brown sugar (150g) you can adjust sugar according to your pref
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 and ½ cup all purpose flour (190g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 cup walnuts (120g)
1. Preheat oven at 170C/350F. Mash bananas, add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix until incorporated.
2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add walnuts.
3. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
4. Brush 7x4 inches loaf dish with oil or butter. Line with parchment paper.
5. Place batter and top with more walnuts.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
7. Let it cool down, Serve and enjoy!
