My calf growing experience: always had 14” calves for years just doing 100 calf raises twice a week after leg day. Finally last year October 2021, decided to do 100 calf raises 6 days a week after every workout. January 2022 I had 16” calves. Crazy.

Anyone who wants to try this, I definitely recommend using a hard massage ball to roll out the arches of your feet, I'm a dancer and honestly it's heaven to release them after a lot of jumping!

I watched your video, and tho I’m no expert (but I do jumprope to keep fit), I felt you needed to keep your elbows in tighter to your body… and keep your shoulders slightly back - good posture - and it’s all in the wrist action. Also a mat to cushion the impact and good trainers, like you’d use for jogging - you don’t need to jump high … as jumprope is low impact, but really fun! I’ve just hit 60 wtf!! and recently got into jumprope … love it! Also jumpropedudes is a good channel for tips on technique etc … 🤗

Pro tip: screw jumping rope, try jumping on one leg back and forward, left and right... Every sportsman has their weak and strong leg, so by jumping with both legs you'd unconsciously put more strength in stronger leg. By jumping on one by one, you can actually FOCUS on each, and it's more difficult of course.

You should try going for a run while just pushing off and landing on the balls of your feet. No heel strikes. I just started doing this and my calves were very sore after the first run.
After a few days recovery, they were much more solid feeling than before.

i started jumping rope 10 days ago, 10 minutes per day, i got 0.5 cm more in both calves.

Do the same thing for 2 months every day o build more nuclei in the muscles and more satellite cells, then do calf raises for 1 month (every other day) using progressive overload increasing the weights. and show as the results

ait, imma try this and film it. Starting Monday next week.
don't have calves as a weak point genetically, but i hate normal training them. Imma do it in barefoot shoes.
