Cop Apologizes After ‘Mistakenly’ Pulling Over Car He Believed Was Stolen

It was a frightening ordeal for one family after an officer’s gun pointed at them during a traffic stop. Police had chased down their car in what they called a “high-risk traffic stop” that they later said was a “mistake.” It all started when a Frisco Police Officer thought the Dodge Charger was stolen. But it turned out, she incorrectly entered the wrong license plate abbreviation into their system. Inside Edition Digital has more.
