City apologizes for officer's eye contact traffic stop

Dayton city leaders are apologizing, but standing by the police department after a man claims an officer pulled him over for having eye-contact with him.

The fact is the cop was following him apparently because the guy made eye contact.
He followed him until he could book him for something, eventually on a technicality- he left it too late to put his indicator on by a mere few feet.
So really it was a case of Police bullying, harassing a citizen particularly because he is black.

That wasn't an apology, that was excuses for the police department. Crooked government officials must hang.

Cop was looking for a fight. There always looking to escalate anything. I don't think they realize how hard they work to give everybody a bad day so if they don't realize it then they must enjoy it.

And the amazing thing is, the Police Union President slammed this apology. What apology??? The city manager basically gave a half ass excuse to this being a misunderstanding as to why he was pulled over.

That's bullshit because in the original clip posted by the driver he has his turn signal on. The officer tried to say he didnt turn it on 100ft prior to the turn, but when the driver told him he had it on video his turn signal being on the cops story changed to the eye contact excuse

So the cop can look at him, but he couldn't look back? Mr. Police Mannnn was on a power trip that night for sure! Gang members don't like stare downs - pig forgot about his "gang" affiliation (KKK) that night - glad it was recorded! 9/12/18 @ 3:29P.
