Another great tip to train the filters of your brain. When you observe our thoughts and you come across thoughts that are negativ or undesirable, say to yourself (you can say it out loud) I don´t accept that thought. And when good thoughts come up you just say "I accept this thought and I´m thankful for it". If you stick with this you really train your mind to immediatly filter out every tought that is negative.

It was James Allen originally not Nevil Goddard that wrote a man attracts not what he wants but what he is. I recomend to anyone n everyone to read that book, it's a short read but very powerful, at least for me it was. I often reread it.
