Tasty, especially when you add whole peppercorns with red pepper flakes to the oil & then throw garlic in with the butter. Unfortunately, the parmesean didn't melt into the creamy goodness it was supposed to! Just clumped around in the pan instead :/

No need for Mascarpone! If you just add some mor Parmigiano to the pan when it us already off the heat it is going to get creamy without the Mascarpone. But otherwise great recipe. But ig you want t add Mascarpone for other reasons go for it!
