Watched the video today morning and made pea and mint pesto pasta today. Yummy. Full of good flavour and easy to make and very few ingredients.

The second pasta dish is unbelievably good. I even use some butter for the sauce because why not.

The pea pesto is fantastic and so easy to make. I added a little garlic and chilli to my pesto as an extra.
