Hi Ray, I find your videos super enlightening! The question that a bit bothers me is – should one also wear “Correct Toes” during the night (in case of Hallux Limitus)? Or is it a better idea to replace them with perhaps Bunion Regulator / Night Splint while we sleep? Thanks in advance.

Just found your video. Very interesting. I have severe osteoarthritis in my big toe which has given me a 'spike' on the top of my toe (painful in ladies shoes) and my arch seems to have dropped. The surgeon wants to shorten my toe by removing the joint and screwing it to immobilise the toe. I'm loathe to have this done as my feet still work in 'sensible' shoes/ trainers. Is it too late to try correct toes or should I consider the surgery? Thanks!
