Honestly - such clear, helpful videos - I can't thank you enough, especially with all the misinformation and confusion that internet searching brings. I have just bought Correct Toes and have been doing your stretches - already looking and feeling healthier, but I am committed for the long haul. Thanks so much Dr Ray! Plus Rebecca has really helped me with her thorough and informative responses to my emails. Wish you were here in London!

I have plantar fascitis, posterior tibialis tendonitis and I have flat foot. I tried orthotics, I use crocs literide but I am still having pain mostly at the inner arch and heel. What can you suggest.

I agree with everything you post correcttoes although I believe (as I've always been taught) a slight heel of 2 cm is ideal because it provides forward movement on the second rocker (talocrural joint) that people need for an efficient gait. Anything higher than that would be bad as well as a zero drop since this could also put extra strain on the plantar aponeurosis. What do you think?
