I went cold turkey 2 years ago. I wish I never started smoking. I feel so good right now and I urge people to try their best to quit.
If I could do it after 24 years of smoking you CAN DO IT . Stay strong 💪

I quit in 2009 right after my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer.
So grateful that I was able to stop.

Smoking and eating candy are deadly. My dad died of lung cancer and my mom from diabetes complications, she was hooked on candy. Somehow I don’t have an addictive nature and I’m healthier because of it. Thanks Doc!

1 year since i quit.. first 6 months was horrid in terms of anxiety. But feel amazing now, worth all the suffering, panic attacks, brain fog. Trust me, it takes longer than 2 weeks to have the withdrawals subside. Be warned, we are all differnet.

I quit smoking, cold turkey ! Best decision I've ever made for my health. Started at 16 & quit at 40.

I went cold turkey at 28 or 29 and that was 30 yrs ago. Never felt better. My dad quit in 2007, and now he's 88.

Ex-smoker here for about 5 years now. I manage to quit for good by accident. I was taking cayenne to increase blood circulation but after 2 weeks of supplementing it, I find cigarettes tasted awful (can barely finish half the stick) and thus I continued taking cayenne along with NAC and Serrapeptase to clean out the gunk. Look up cayenne to quit smoking. ONE OF THE BEST DECISION IN MY LIFE!

My Dad had stopped smoking after he got COVID and was hospitalized. He said it was the most frightening and at the same time surprisingly the easiest andd thee most efficient way to stop smoking (I think he had smoked for over 47 years and made many, any attempts at quitting). I'm just thankful he is out of the hospital for over three months already, trying his best to get better and hasn't lost his sence of humor. :)

I stopped smoking 20 years ago. Smoking was the stupiest thing I have ever done. I makes me very sad when I see young people smoking. It is suicide in slow motion.

I quit for 7 months and felt no benefits. Anxiety and depression skyrocketed. I never coughed once. I was miserable everyday. Then i said screw it and lit up. I didn't cough and it felt like I never stopped. Then...after a couple months i noticed the affects of smoking. So, it didn't feel like anything got better until I started again and noticed the sluggish feeling. I guess I always felt it, but to me it seemed like my normal. So, quitting does have benefits, but it's not night and day right away. Best advice is to eat well and exercise, because you'll notice it's adverse affects when you have to walk 5 miles and lift and especially when you run. Life ends either way no matter what you do. Don't think it's pointless because you die anyway, rather think about the quality of the days before you do. Good luck and God bless anyone about to start this journey. I'm planning on quitting again, gotta be smarter in how I do it this time.

My dad quit smoking at age 55.
Now at age 70 he is healthier than any one I know.
His younger brother who didn’t quit died due to cancer at age 67 due to decades of smoking 🚬.
Don’t smoke people.

Went cold turkey almost 11 years ago. With the right motivation it can be done I heard ppl say.
For me that was a pneumathorax. The first three days are the hardest but the first three days I was attached to a tube sticking out of a wall.
09-09-2009 was my stopdate and was the best thing that ever happened for my life.
Thank you God for your intervention ❤️
