Customize a SharePoint List form using Power Apps

We can easily customize SharePoint list form using Power Apps. We don’t need to write any programming language code. We need to write simple Excel type formula. Here we have taken an example of one of the feedback systems. We will customize out OOTB SharePoint list form with the Power Apps. We will check start to end procedure to customize the list form step by step. Once we customize the form, we will try to understand the following concepts.

I do have a question in relation with the use of power apps when customazing it in sharepoint
does the other user need a specific license (powerapps) to be able to use the form?
In my company we have all users having an E3 license and when i do this type of forms with powerapps, it's asking the user when they go into the sharepoint list to start a trial when loading the form.

Hi D, Thank you for your powerapps tutorial. It helped me a lot. I want to ask if perhaps you can instruct one on emailing and printing galleries. I created a print and emaik from a collection l, but it is limited, and i was wondering if there are better ways of doing this. It is a Physician Leave app and once approved i want to be able to send them their apprived leave and send the leave to the coordinator of the approved plan for all the physicians for scheduling patients accordingly.

I was struggling how to revert back to the original form and you saved me. One question though as I created the Form, I lost the Conversation tab in Teams. Is there a way to customize the form and also keep the conversation tab for MS Teams collaboration please?

How to add logic to power app? for example if someone answered Email as the communication method then they have to provide email address. if not that question will not see pop up? thanks
