Custom SharePoint List Forms using PowerApps

You can easily customize SharePoint List Form using PowerApps. You don't need to write traditional code, such as C#, or download another app, such as InfoPath.

Awesome video! Love the conditional example. How do you create a condition to lock another field based on another field. For example if 'End Date' is greater than 'Start Date', change the 'Price' field background color to yellow?

Should I keep headings outside the form itself? I want to be able to label each section in my form. Hope you can help. Thanks in advance!!

Great video! Is there a way to customize your form so that certain fields are hidden depending on which View the user is in? For example say I've got one view that is "Shipment Requests" and another that is "Transit Information". Some, but not all, of the fields are shared between the two views so when somewhat is filling out an entry for a Shipment Request their form doesn't need all the fields that appear in the Transit Information view.

Hi! Thank you so much for your videos. I'm a novice of powerApps and Sharepoint but thanks to your tutorials I've managed to start working on a project I have. Unfortunately I'm stuck again and I wanted to please ask your help.
I have created a sharepoint list (essentially a database) and an app based on that list but I have become stuck in the coding. I'm trying to create an app that will allow me to add data to the sharepoint list and not just diplay it.

Thank you for your instruction, but the point is, I made the list on share point (with 4 column from the begining, then when I open power app and create the form, I see some add-in column like "created by, date, ID...) and I added it to the form. now I dont see the one which I added in form, appear on share point list. OPlease help me out. Thank you

Hello from Germany :-) THX alot for your tutorial. I have a huge problem: My listform is white and empty. Even when I simply change the background color of my form. After saving and publishing the "New Entry" form is white and empty. Any clue for that? I do exact the same like you but it doesn't work :-(

Is it possible to have multiple owners for a powerapp SharePoint list form.When I try to edit or share from the power app admin centre the options seem greyed out even though I am the owner of the form.Is it possible to add multiple owners or change the ownership of the power app form..Please note that for a power app canvas app this issue never occurs.Can any one please advice.
