SPRINT START BSICS
Press into both blocks
Make sure you have contact with the pedals
80% of power comes through the front one so 20% does come from the rear leg - if you are set up right
Don’t be comfortable in the blocks
Knee should be forward of line
Hips above shoulder-hight
Drive and then work down into the track (create a type of stumble reflex)
Toe-drag should be a by product, not an aim
Run your own acceleration pattern
Scissor the movements - drive with one leg s you pull the other to the fore
Be powerful
Be puroseful
