I love walking and do it often. I also like working on weights which is what I need to get back into. I have some here at my place, but I really liked your note about appreciating what we are working to keep new momentum going.

Yoga and walking, everyday. Plus the rehab stuff for a herniated disk. So the weights will have to wait a bit.
