I can now do 12 pullups after 4 months of training, feels good to be able to do that, if your heavy weight, do alot of cardio to loose weight, by loosing the extra weight it will make your pullups much easier Keep pushing people 👍💪🏻

I don’t understand this, I haven’t tried it yet but it seems like he’s telling us that the way to unlock explosive pull ups is to do an exercise that requires an explosive pull up, and if you can’t do an explosive pull up then you can’t train to get an explosive pull up

Folks need to know that when training power Reps need to be lower and rest longer since we need to regenerate all the ATP-PCr (phosphocreatine) for the next set and that takes about 3 minutes
Example
6 sets of 3 reps with 3 minute rest

Bought body by rings a long time ago and just now am able to start since I joined a gym. FYI the program is the most thorough thing I have ever seen well worth the deal. Other people charge over 100$ and this program is significantly cheaper and offers real and useful information.

Amazing, you've just gave me a year / plus training lol. I'm def gonna introduce the front clap pull ups again in my training. I had been doing them and stopped with no particular reason. Always great to see your videos, you're leggit and respect to you !!
