Flat tummy takes lots of hard work, dedication and patience! It comes down to your food intake and exercises. So you must be willing to change your lifestyle if you want a flat tummy!

Remember this is a suggestion, adjust your calorie intake and portion sizes according to your body and activity level. All meals are interchangeable. So you can have dinner for breakfast, snack for lunch etc.

This video should be broadcasted to tv channels so young girls can have a realistic idea of what healthy models eat and how to prioritize their health rather than starve . This was beautifully made, thank you joanna. Even though I'm vegetarian - I used tofu/paneer/dal in place of fish used. Lots of love ❤

1:25 breakfast
1:46 eggy oatmeal and green tea
3:40 snack
4:10 cashews or other nuts, grapes or other fruit, greek yogurt
5:13 lunch - grilled chicken salad and green tea
6:56 snack - berrylicious dessert or smoothie w/tofu
8:48 dinner - salmon spinach frittata

I am so excited about this meal plan! This all looks so delicious and simple! Going to the grocery store tomorrow to load up! I am 162 now, after having my son. My goal is to be a toned 120 to 125. This has been so helpful. Thanks for providing all the ratio and percentages.

Just tried the spinach frittata and it's so delicious, thanks for the recipe! I added a little dashi stock instead of vegetable/chicken stock and it was yummy. Your videos really help me on my journey to be skinnier and healthier. Thank you.

I love all your recipes especially the eggy oatmeal! It's so filling and I'm obsessed with the texture the egg gives my oatmeal. Would of never thought to put the egg in. Makes a great pre workout meal

Joanna!  I'm such a big fan and recent subscriber... I had to comment on the Salmon and Spinach Frittata.  It was the bomb!  I added some mushrooms as well and used non-dairy cheese.  It was easy and cheap as well.  Thank you!  Love your videos and keep up the good work!

that moment when you watch the video and realize that you have all of the ingredients.. i guess my meal plan for tomorrow is planned already for me! :p Thank you Joanna! All the foods look very appealing and I bet they are tasty too. I'll let you know tomorrow how it went. It's great that you included portable snacks, cause I'm a busy person, I'm barely at home, so this will be great. You should do more of these kind of videos! They are really helpful, and when I come home, I don't have to call to Domino's to order pizza cause with your help I'll know what I will have for (late) dinner and I know that my body and health won't be damaged cause I can control and see what goes into my body. SO THANK YOUUU <3

I've eaten this way for years and was a fitness trainer in the 1990s and I'll never look like a Victoria Secret Angel! In my dreams! Not tall enough and not thin enough. I'm not an ectomorph, am a cross between a mesomorph/endomorph and am still pretty fit despite having a mild form of MS which keeps me from working out like I use to! I've always been a size 12/14 which is the average size for many women and will never be a 2 or a 4, minus the 1's there! Genetics do play a part and I also have a large frame for someone my height around 5 Ft, 4 1/2 inches tall! Maybe in my next life I'll be 5 Ft. 9 inches tall, 110 pounds and a size 2/4! After giving birth to three kids, even at my optimum health as a fitness trainer, my weight was 150 pounds of muscle as muscle weighs more than fat. Thanks for sharing~
