I've been doing this workout 3 - 4 times a week for the past 2 months and have seen suuuch an improvement in my stomach!! i'm so excited! my stomach has gotten flatter and now that the fat is slowly going, i'm starting to see some form of abs (aaaalmost hahaha) of course ive also been cutting down on all the bad food i used to eat. love this video and channel ^-^

literally THE best ab workout ever!! I've been doing workouts for quite some time now and I have gotten pretty fit by doing these I guess, but when I first did this one here it was impossible to make it all way through. today was the first time i made it without any rests - I'm so proud!!:D and one thing I have to say is that getting abs went pretty fast for me with xhit, after two weeks of daily exercise of 10-20 minutes I saw the first results, and now, after a good 6 months I am the proud owner of a 6pack :) so keep on doing it guys, I could do it so you can too!!!

I have been doing this workout for exactly 1 month, 5/6 times a week and I see major progress, I recommand this workout to everyone who wants a flat belly !! My belly is so much flatter and so are my inner thighs.

This workout deserves to go viral! For real, I’ve done a lot of different YouTube ab workouts (chloe ting’s included) and this is the first one I’ve done that reaallly targets your abs the entire time!

I am paused at 3 minutes in currently, and I just have to say, I did this workout yesterday for the first time and didn't really feel anything. But today...oh god. I definitely used muscles yesterday because it burns now! Keep it up, everyone!!

Thought I'd share my results with you guys :) I'm 14 and I'm relatively slim, though I have no core strength. So I do this workout 4 times a week (to allow my abs resting time) whilst doing a 10 minutes stretch BEFORE AND AFTER each workout, and doing 10 minutes cardio and 5 minutes arm workouts daily to really build muscle, but slowly and subtly. I have eaten quite healthily, though have had a few pieces of chocolate and a slice of pizza or two since I started two weeks ago (I wanna be fit, not dead haha). And I can tell you already i am twice as flexible and my arms are quite nicely sculpted. Using this video and cardio, my stomach is noticeably flatter and more toned - it's also becoming quite hard to touch (sounds so weird). I reckon another two months and I'll be forming a six pack!! Keep going girls (and boys, if you're here) - it's really worth the effort and you feel so proud afterwards!

This woman is in insane shape. I've been listening to the whole things, watching only small sections at a time.

In any case... it's ridiculous that she can do this. That she can actually talk the whole time, making sense mind you and even throwing wit and charm into the running monologue (and it's audible! And it makes sense) is absolutely mind-melting. I mean it would be enough to just have kind of a flat expression, most people would be grimacing and wincing and grunting. But she is smiling, laughing, and cracking jokes. This is just crazy. I don't even really believe it's happening, maybe she's a robot?

Anyway, Kelsey, can I have an ab transpant? I'm probably bigger than you but I'm sure I'd still get ahead on the deal. Jeez

I'm doing this workout since last 2 weeks and I'm so glad that I'm growing abs! The first time that I did this is so hard like she wants to kill me or something and I get the results so fast... My waist line before is 26 but when I did this workout my waist line goes down to 24... Yeah, I know I'm too young to do this BC I'm just a 14 year old girl and I'm doing this workout twice a week but this week I decided to make it a 3 day workout... My mom didn't know I already got an abs lmmaooo but great job!!!

I weighed 170 pounds last month.. You wouldn't noticice because I'm really tall... But I had the belly. Ever since I started doing these workouts I've noticed a huge change.. Now I weigh 150 which is an appropriate weight for my height. (I also do swim and volleyball at my school) so get involved or do these workouts! It actually works!! 😊😊😊😁😁😁😁😁
