This nurturing gentle yoga class is designed to help alleviate your headache or migraine and provide some relief. During this slow gentle class, we’ll be doing some forms of self massage, breathing exercises, yoga asana poses, and acupressure points to relieve tension, improve your circulation, reduce your stress, and soothe your head. We’re so sorry that you’re not feeling well but we do hope this practice helps and we really believe and trust that yoga is an amazing tool for healing.

I started crying because the lighting is so low. That thoughtfulness means so so much. That’s just the first bit of thoughtfulness I’ve seen in this video. I don’t know if you or someone close to you suffers from migraines but seeing this and experiencing that kind of mindfulness for this debilitating invisible illness is huge and uncommon. Thank you.

This is the first time I’ve seen any yoga video adjust the screen brightness for folks with disabilities - THANK YOU. I am going to do this again for the second consecutive day. I came for relief from occipital nerve pain and trigeminal neuralgia - so much of the content isn’t gentle. This was really needed and hope to see more if this calls you to share. <3 <3 <3

This is my go to video when I feel nauseous from a migraine and can’t take it anymore. It has helped reduce or completely take away my migraines- thank you!

Bre!!! Thank you so much for sharing this. I started crying too. This was the perfect remedy for my current headache. Yesterday I was wrecked from a red-eye flight from the US west coast to east coast and spent the day vomiting and sleeping. Today I woke up feeling mostly better and did this yoda class with you and am feeling almost all the way back to my normal self.

This class was not only nourishing and restorative for my body, but also my soul. Giving myself time to take it easy and slow and give myself some love is nourishing on so many levels. Thank you for the thoughtful class <3

I suffer a lot from headaches, but after doing this yoga session I feel so much better! I feel the tension in my neck is much more relieved and my head feels a lot lighter :) this was the first time I did the video, but will definitely do it every time I have a headache. I tried really hard not to cry when I started this (which makes my headache worse). I felt so understood, you took into account so much like the lightening, the sound... It might seem like "just a video" but I really felt comforted by this. Not only that, my headache got a lot better and I was so happy I took this time to take care of myself and seek out help on YouTube. Thank you so much. Definitely going to save this for when I need it again (I hope not of course).

I have suffered from migraines for 20 years. I've been on medications and have done almost every at home remedy there is. Today I woke up stiff, migraine, hott, not being able to breathe. I did this yoga session and by the time I was done I had literal tears of joy in my eyes. Thank youl so much, Im so happy I started my yoga journey and that It's actually working on my chronic condition. Thank you once again. Namaste friend <3

thank you so much, bre! my pain is almost gone. i have to admit that when i read the comments i couldn’t believe that it actually worked but it really does. so if anyone else is reading the comments with a headache before doing the class: don’t hesitate and take it, it really heals ❤️

I was starting to get a headache and thought I'd give this a try - and it worked! Took a hot shower afterwards and made some tea and good as new. Helped my neck/jaw/back stiffness and can enjoy my evening without struggling through with a headache.

Dankeschön für dieses wundervolle Video <3 Nachdem ich mich heute schon den ganzen Tag mit Migräne quäle, bin ich nach dieser Praxis viel entspannter. Ich mache mir jetzt nicht die Mühe, mit Migräne meinen Kopf noch zusätzlich mit Englisch zu belasten, aber ich weiß ja, dass es verstanden wird ;)

This helped me in a few ways. Obviously this won’t relieve pain for everyone, but it did for me. It also redirected my attention to focus on the breathe and not on the pain. The stretches and massages felt great and was a welcome pleasant distraction. I recommend trying this even if the pain doesn’t go away. I feel for you all.

This is one of the only videos that lets me teach a meditative state. I love the dimmed lights, low voice, and slow pace.
