I believe that milk specially camel milk is good for healthy and I feel it.
Also fruit juices is good for healthy because there are alot of vitamins in it.

But if you wish to enjoy life, and not be at the mercy of a "celebrity nutritionist" eat what gives you pleasure and satisfaction. Let the "celebs" gaze at themselves in the mirror and worry about every stretch mark and wrinkle! Most of them are half wacky anyway and may well chug a bottle of sleeping pills after living on raw vegetables and tofu most of their lives!

If healthy foods weren't so high, then there wouldn't be that many obese people. It would have been better if you made a video of foods you can eat after 30. To take the guess work out of the deal. Warren Buffett has been drinking Coca Cola ever since he has bought their shares and he's in his 80's. With no health issues according to one of his interviews. Maybe it's some good stuff he adds to that drink to keep him going. Who knows! Lol! Certain healthy habits don't fit everyone, don't you think?

You are right about most things.
But it is salt not sodium.
Also B12 if you have a healthy gut
, bacteria in the gut produces B12 !!
Low amounts of alcohol is harmless !!!
This advise applies to everyone of all ages !!!

The hardest for me is soda. I've started to prefer red wine or cognac to beer. Once I read what margarine was i never ate it again
