In this clip, I share some important things to be aware of about anxiety to ensure your inner resilience and overall mental wellbeing, while protecting you from feeling anxious about anxiety.

Anxiety is a natural survival mechanism that should be embraced, and not resented. We all possess the survival system within us that subconsciously evaluates risks and danger in our environment and makes survival judgements based on its autonomic evaluations. If you feel anxious without knowing why, that means your subconscious survival system has sensed a threat and readjusted your biochemistry to prepare you for a fight or flight experience. It is all for your survival -no hard feelings whatsoever towards you. Your anxiety system was designed to be your friend, and not your enemy. However, if life has been tough on you, your anxiety system can become overly protective and start to micromanage your life.
Nonetheless, there are some things you must be aware of so that you can re-nurture your anxious survival brain into calm and tranquility. This understand is crucial to ensuring that you are not anxious about your anxiety.
