Thanks so much Tim I'm loving your style! For my physical practice today I did Day 4 of your quarantine challenge - so sad I didn't find you in my first quaratine :(. But I laughed out loud at your 'toe torture' blague!! Just have to say how impeccable your teaching and instruction is. I always wish these classes were longer. Today I did this video after catching up on the classes I missed earlier in the week, so maybe I was just tired, but at the end of this class when you said "just notice how your body feels after" my body was tingling all over. Like a very light and pleasant form of pins and needles.

Thank you for this lesson, I needed it. I tend to be a shallow breather and sometimes have trouble aligning my breaths with the movement during the physical practice. 😂 why is breathing so hard? Looking forward to tomorrow’s lesson.

Breathing sucks! But I did it after yesterday's session and since it is with you, it didn't suck too bad. Wish I could work past my impatience with breathing and meditation though.
