EXHALE March 2024: It's day 79 of yoga for me!! Something about this year just made me want to implement a daily practice. I've been watching Adriene videos for years, and this is the first time that I've committed to the whole year and gotten through February. I can't express how much this means to me, and how amazing it is to know I have a community of people doing the same! So glad to be breathing with everyone this month <3

i haven’t been able to go on to day 20 or 21 just yet as i’ve absolutely been loving this one too much. i’ve done this twice a day in the past three days, it’s the video that made me finally GET why i’m doing yoga in the first place. when done right, with focus and intention, yoga is a whole damn massage for your body, and this video makes every muscle in my neck, shoulders, and back that have ever held any tension feel SO GOOD! i’m going to force myself to continue on to day 20 today and continue on to 30, but this will be one i come back to regularly. 💙💙💙

As someone who suffers from PTSD and extreme anxiety and recovering from an eating disorder i cannot thank you enough Adriene! I reccomned this to people struggling with weight management and mental health issues. Your videos have taught me the balance of pushing myself and listening to my body. I do yoga every day with one of your classes. My car broke down and I am making this summer about recovery and could not be happier. Thank you for your positive vibes. My eating and exercise routines are now healthy. This is saving me and recovering me and keeping me balanced I really think this is the key to balance in ALL areas of life. I can see my life just blooming and my trauma diminishing . XO forever! kebab

I have never commented on a YouTube video before, but I just have to. The pandemic has been really hard on me emotionally and mentally. I live abroad and haven't seen my family in over a year. I'm also about to turn 30 and am having a hard time because it feels like a year of my life was stolen from me. After some pretty depressing holidays/January, I decided in February that I wanted to do something to honor my body everyday. I'd never done yoga before, but Adrienne seemed approachable and I gave this 30 day challenge a try. I've skipped some days and repeated some videos, but I'm so proud of myself for my commitment. And TODAY it finally paid off! I touched my toes for the first time IN MY ENTIRE LIFE without having to bend my knees. I loved today's practice and absolutely needed it. Thank you so much for helping me get back in touch with my body and giving me something to smile about in 2021.

Just went through a really rough break up and felt no motivation to do anything for about a week. It was a struggle to get on the mat today, but I did my best to focus on the yoga. By shavasana I was crying because I was so overwhelmed with emotions. Hopefully tomorrow will be less dramatic. Namaste, Adriene

Woo-hoo I completed day 19! I want to come back to this years later to see my comment and give an update on my yoga skills lol. I've gotten a lot better but I have a long way to go.

I never imagined that I would stick to this, but yep, day 19! There were days where I felt lazy to do it, but just stepping in and challenging myself to try it, even for 10 min, really changed me. I've been depressed for years and I haven't been as productive as I was before, but just taking it one day at a time, committing to trying, even for awhile really motivated me. Thank you Adriene

Some yoga MAGIC just happened during this practice for me! I don't know what it was but during the seated vinyasas, it all just sort of clicked and I literally felt a wave a joy wash over me (as she said later in the video). It actually brought tears to my eyes and I couldn't help but smile all the way through the practice! I'm astonished and on such a high :) thank you Adriene for ALL you do!
