LOVE the new intro. I personally don’t like long flashy intros so this one is perfect! IMO

I'm down 15 pounds in 2 months. I'm turning 35 in afew days. I've lifted off and on my whole life but just was lazy with my diet last few years. I've got it dialed in now. I weigh and track everything. I can eyeball portions way better. And most importantly I havent drank or chewed tobacco in 3 months. I live in the country and have a decent home gym. I been walking the hills in my yard 1 to 2 hours a day. I'm at the point where I'm finally starting to see that belly and back fat disappear. Genetics aren't fair. I benched 275 for 13 reps. I'm excited to see what I look like lean

Even for starters, this is Great advice as always.
Gyms not open in CA yet, all we can do is just maintain and keep up with a sense of consistency.

Happy Memorial Day and thanks for the info. When building a new porch or building your body, the arch-enemy to a good plan, is the perfect plan. A good plan will get you there but you'll never get started if hunting & waiting for the perfect plan.

Happy Memorial Day Paul! You have helped me a lot and I would just like to thank you on all the great content you make on your channel. March 18, 2020 I weighed in at 82 kilograms. When quarantine was enforced I had the leisure on going for a minimalistic approach in exercise, mostly bodyweight and isometrics for strength training, and walking 10k steps for cardio. I became consistent changing bodyweight angles and intensity and increasing my daily steps to 15k per day and to this day, I am now at 74 kilograms. I went for intermittent fasting building it up to one meal a day and I know that helped a lot too. I do some refeed every Sunday then went back business as usual Mondays through Saturdays. Keep up the good work and I know you will be able to help out other people who needs to be in good shape. Once again, thank you!

This works. I am 160lbs and eat under 2000cal, 3 square meals a day. and still gain and maintain. The body becomes more and more efficient at storing and drawing amino acids and utilizing protein when you eat fewer calories over time it's called experienced. As long as you still eat enough protein per your lean bodymass the rest can be less

Can you make a video from your wife standpoint. I am looking for some insight on how she supports your fitness goals (good and bad). Examples: how does she supports your meal preps? how does she support your moods with hunger and fitness frustrations? Etc.
