I started at 280 pounds 3 months ago and I'm at 230 now and much stronger, I feel like the biggest issue for weight loss is overcoming whatever mentally is keeping you from eating healthy, if its stress eating, food addiction or not knowing how many calories are in your food, that's the hard part of losing weight, the actual diet and exercise is easy once you find what's fun and sustainable for you
