Being irreplaceable is a lot of pressure too your the only one that can do it, do it right and do it with out question then your like who else, no one else only me. Can be a lot but I agree everyone should strive to be irreplaceable because something my boss told me I was like why don’t you make anybody else do this shit. He says because everyone else is useless and I know you can do it. Means a lot but can be about some bull shit ive ever heard. Also look at who you doing it for yourself? Or for them. It should always be for yourself.
