#5 really hits home for me too. I’m 16 and recovering from bulima and have been struggling with binge eating and ED for two years. It’s really inspiring that you talk about this so openly. I hope one day I’m as stable as you are.

This is so helpful! I tend to crave a snack even when I'm not hungry but I do try to wait until I'm starting to feel at least a little bit hungry just so I don't overeat because like you said, that easily turns into days/weeks of the same behavior. I also try and save the unhealthier snacks until the weekend but I don't beat myself up if I have something in the middle of the week. I think it's important to be kind to yourself. And that's really the mindset I've tried to live by the past year. Listen to my body, rest when I need to rest because otherwise the workout won't be fun and eat healthy because it genuinely makes me feel better and then have some chocolate or wine whenever I actually want it (which isn't as often as when before I started my healthy lifestyle. I just don't crave it as often anymore). I think my biggest struggle is just having the patience to see the results. But I am starting to feel it in my body, just by how my clothes fit me now. So it's important to just stay on track and you are a really big help in that. So THANK YOU!

OMGOSH thats exactly what i noticed too! Ive been working out everyday, doing HIIT and your instragram workout videos but i havent lost weight over the scale, ive learned that whatever is on the scale isnt accurately showing what you are truly losing! I definitely see muscle definition and that my clothes have been looser, nstragram workout videos, i felt after doing them, i started to see a lot of muscle definitions! I love your instastories and instagram videos. I remember the instastory where you were talking about not being so hard on yourself when you come back from a vacation! thanks for all the amazing tips and for all the inspiration and motivation and for letting people know that eating what you like is okay, that restricting yourself from foods you love is not the right way to go! When i was on a clean diet, i craved ice cream and chocolate and when i got a chance to eat it.... i ate so much it was unhealthy, now i learned from your videos that eating what i love is okay, just in moderation and now my cravings for unhealthy foods arent as crazy! Thank you so much for this video! Loving it!

You totally hit the nail on the head! I think my biggest struggle was battling the “all or nothing” mentality. Once I got past that, I developed such a healthy relationship with food and it was so rewarding. Fad diets are definitely a waste of time!

Sparkling ICE is my favourite 🥰🥰 I eat around 1500 calories but I’m definitely eating way to much sugar...recently I’ve also been losing motivation to work out and I just don’t know what to do

Needed this video ! I realise I eat too few calories but I don’t feel hungry because of my employment I don’t have time to eat most of the time 😒 but I still love food so much ! I just don’t know if I’m in the right path I’m so confused
