One thing I have had to do is not try to power through hobbies before bedtime. Love my hobbies but need to force myself to put it down for the day. My sleep study was negative so trying to go to bed at 10 and up at 6:30. Always learning from you.😊

I've had some sleepless nights. Or rather very light dosing. The next day I am often very wide awake and do fine with work the next day. I wonder why? Other nights with very deep sleep, I'm very groggy & tires.

Can the doctor address this situation? I'm in my 50's.

question i have heard that females need more sleep than males though especially during their menstrual phase of their cycle. is there a difference between males and female biology when it comes to sleep? I know a lot of males who can get by on like 4-6 hours of sleep but most females i know need at least 7-9 hours of sleep.
