great built & materials used quality, nothing short of hi end (like TRX products, TriggerPoint etc) . Got this on a business trip to continue exercising in the hotel room. Great value imo. Be sure to get a silver (grey?) colour band if you're a reasonably trained person (sometimes you can get just the handles and 1-2 bands for just 30-40 usd, not a complete set as shown). the door thingy looks tricky but fixes really well and is never a risk. very good!/ any set (even with 1-2 bands) comes with a large poster depicting something like 50 to 150 (!) exercises possible with this. i never got to more than 10-12 actually, you can really do a lot considering you can change the fixation point of the door thingy . step on it, fix in the door up, fix it low, etc etc. Combining 2 bands is sometimes possible (if you have the "set" handles where the band is not fixed. i got just a 1 single fixed handles and then had to buy the whole set bc of it - dont repeat my mistake, get the whole (13 pcs) set, its best value

I bought these backing the summer. It's more expensive than most others band systems, but the quality is superb. I use it almost daily and the condition is still brand new. Throw it in my bag when I'm on the road traveling. Love it.

You kind of dismissed the door sign, but I actually think it’s a good idea to use it; if you share your house with others, there’s a chance someone could inadvertently open the door whilst you’re hanging off the other side.

Hi, can I attach the metal clip of the powertube directly to the door anchors and the other to the handle? Thank you.

You're supposed to put the anchor on the opposite side of the door, the side that doesn't open out.
That way you have no chance of the door opening on top of you mid session.

Thanks for making this review! I just bought the system and haven’t used it yet, but I’m worried that the door anchor could split the wood or otherwise damage the door if pulling hard on the bands… thoughts?

You really don't know what you're talking about do you? If you're going to do a video, at least educate yourself on all the items and how they work.
1/ The attachment you advised could go on the ceiling is in fact an out attachment to put around any fixture.
2/ The workout card can be useful if you are staying in a hotel and want to avoid say a housekeeper accidentally coming in. Has happened to me twice.
3/ Always a better idea to attach to a door that doesn't open towards you if possible.
