If you lack self-confidence this 9-minute guided meditation and visualization can help you boost your confidence and lift your self-esteem.

In this session, after relaxing the body we'll perform a very simple breathing exercise that will stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system - the one that is in control of lowering the heart rate, slowing the breath and allowing the body to enter a resting state. This particular breathing technique has also been proven to raise self-esteem.

We'll end the session with a powerful visualization exercise to help you see where you want to go and understand how to get there.

For maximum benefit, repeat this meditation daily for around 21 days and watch yourself flourish and blossom.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the beautiful human faces on screen that are here to support you.
